'Una Palmera Entre Mil' – 'One Palm Among A Thousand' – is a tribute to Haría, the village where Latitud Fuego® is based. This quiet town in the North of Lanzarote stands apart. Home to the celebrated César Manrique in his final years, Haría is known as 'the valley of a thousand palms".

The ceramic piece we created is a tribute to this truly unique landscape across the Canary archipelago. Hand-carved from high-quality stoneware in our wood-kiln, each palm is one of a kind.

This project was conceived and directed by the Canarian creative studio Latitud Fuego, who reached out to us to bring their ceramic vision to life. Together, we defined a set of parameters for the thousand palm trees, giving them a shared language while leaving room for each one to develop its own unique expression. Once in the kiln, heat, ash and the unpredictability of the flames took over, creating textures that make each piece unique and feel alive, shaped by nature.

The graphic design was developed by SantanaSantana studio and the visual material by photographer and director Martin Salvador.
