CONDITIONS OF USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using our website and placing orders through it, you agree to:

AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
The articles offered through the website www.estudiovernis.es will be available in the following territories: Europe, America, Australia, and Asia except Russia and North Korea.

ORDERING
By placing an order on the www.estudiovernis.es website, you are making an offer to purchase subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
To place your order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Authorise payment". If your offer is accepted by Estudio Vernís, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed (the "Order Confirmation"). If the product you have chosen is not on stock it will show an "available on back-order" tag, meaning that it can be made to order. Back-order pieces have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. We will also inform you by e-mail that the product has been shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The contract for the purchase of a product will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion. If your offer is not accepted and your account has already been debited, the amount will be refunded in full. By placing an order, you undertake that all information and personal details are true and accurate and that you are authorised to pay for the items ordered using the relevant credit or debit card and that there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to cover the cost of the order.

PRICE
All the prices in this website are stated in Euro (€). The price of the products will be as stated on our website from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. These prices may change at any time, but except in the above case, any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation of Order.

COURSES
By booking a course, you agree to the following conditions:
-You may cancel your course booking up to one month in advance and receive a full refund.
-If you cancel less than one month but more than two weeks before the course date, you will not receive a refund but you may reschedule for a later date.
-If you cancel with less than two weeks' notice, no refunds or rescheduling will be possible.
-We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.
-Amigos del Yermo is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by course participants.

PDF LEAFLETS
Our course pamphlets in PDF format are provided for personal use only. By purchasing and downloading a PDF pamphlet, you agree to the following terms:
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share the PDF pamphlet with others.
- You may print the PDF pamphlet for personal use only.
- All intellectual property rights in the content of the PDF pamphlets remain with Amigos del Yermo.
If you don't receive the pdf in your mailbox within 2 working days, please contact us at info@estudiovernis.es for assistance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Amigos del Yermo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Amigos del Yermo and is protected by international copyright laws.

GOVERNING LAW
These General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these General Conditions or the use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products. All our pieces are handmade, unique, and often made to order, and therefore fall under the exception to the right of withdrawal for personalized or custom-made goods.

LEGAL WARRANTY
All products sold through this website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Spanish law. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@estudiovernis.es with a description and images of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and offer a solution which may include replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

Product prices do not include shipping costs or potential customs duties or taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. International customers may be required to pay additional fees upon receipt of the goods, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and any other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

ARTISANAL NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS
All our pieces are handcrafted and unique. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in shape, size, color, and glaze finish may occur compared to the photographs shown on the website. These differences are inherent to handmade products and should be considered part of their charm and authenticity. The final piece may therefore differ slightly from the images, including variations in glaze tones and textures.
