Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Once the order has been processed we will send you an email confirming the purchase. Orders are shipped from our workshop in Castell de Castells, Spain.
The cost of each shipment is calculated automatically and shown at checkout. The shipping cost depends on the destination and is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
Estimated delivery time is one week from the date the shipment leaves our workshop.
If the piece appears as "made to order", it means it is not currently in stock but can be made upon request. In that case, the lead time is 4–6 weeks.
Once your package leaves our workshop, you will receive a mail from us including the tracking number and shipping company assigned.
We ship all orders once a week to avoid excessive pollution and unnecessary use of resources. The specific shipping day may vary depending on order volume.
We mainly use Correos, Correos Express, UPS and FedEx.
All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed from the following business day.
For international shipping, customs duties or taxes may apply. Estudio Vernís is not responsible for these charges in the destination country. These may need to be paid upon delivery.
We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect delivery information. If a package is returned, the customer will need to cover the cost of a second shipment.
We offer free shipping to Spain on orders over 200€ and worldwide on orders over 500€.
Local pickup is available at our workshop. To use this option, select it at checkout and contact us by email before coming to collect the order.
If there are no shipping options available for your location, please contact us and we will send you a shipping quote.
Our packaging is plastic-free, fully recyclable and compostable. If your order includes plastic, it means we are reusing materials we’ve received ourselves.
For any cancellation or modification requests before shipping, please email us so we can review your specific case.
RETURNS
All pieces become your responsibility once delivered to the shipping address provided in your order.
Our work is handmade and unique, so we only accept returns in the case of items broken during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving it, including the order number, a photo of the broken piece, and a photo of the damaged packaging.
We do not request the return of the broken piece. If the return is approved, we will refund the value of the item, but not the shipping cost.
After the first 24 hours, we cannot accept claims for broken items.
